Dec 31 2019- The communication of structure and order on the question of restraint versus reform

Jupiter will enter the 3rd sector of Capricorn by December 24th enabling the communication among previous established evaluation on the matters either personal or public. This sector defines the objective communication of matters at large allowing solutions along the board in favor of structural integrity. Jupiter remains in this strong sector until January 4th which means that Saturn and Pluto which will meet by December 31 fall into this phase of definition. Both Saturn and Pluto conjoin in the sector of justification of norm defining the steps of future reformation. In this case a question of restraint or common sense reformation and/or elimination. So all in all we face justice on which way to go in 2020. Both forms: restraint and elimination as well as reformation of norm will be faced in the way it is received. The semi decile aspect from Jupiter to the conjunction of Saturn/Pluto however shows an aggravated rather stubborn mindset and environment in behalf assuming a difficult setting of solution pushing one or the other side into restraint. The Jupiter/Mars/Pluto conjunction by March 21 2020 shows that there will be some sort of revolt regarding the decisions made between the end of December 2019 and early January 2020.
